The end result of this process is a Software Requirement Specification (SRS) document, a technical document with use cases and wireframes that outline an app’s expected behavior. Think of the SRS as your “cookbook,” with carefully measured ingredients for your mobile project. Only after the SRS is complete will you (or anyone) be able to accurately determine what the cost of the project will be.

Sometimes companies are reluctant to dedicate upfront money to create an SRS.
