Out of the original 855 companies nominated, only the top 43 companies were chosen as the Hottest Companies in DC Area.

Founded in 2001, Lead411 tracks and provides quality corporate data information, news, and research about U.S. companies and their executives. For this particular honor, all companies must meet the criteria below:

1. Companies must be in Software, Hardware, Media, Internet, and Wireless industries.
2. Each company must meet either of the two stipulations:
• 100% increase in revenues over the past 2 years OR
• Over $2M in funding in the past 2 years

So, if you would, please forgive us for taking a moment out of our busy days to pat ourselves on the back. And thanks to Tom Blue and Lead411 for the honor!
