Objective C Developer (Junior or Senior)

March 11, 2010

The first step to determine compatibility is to get a bit more information from you. Please fill out the form below and answer the questions. They get progressively harder, so don’t feel bad if you don’t know the answers to all of them, that will just let us gauge your skill level. And in fact, we’re looking for developers at all skill levels, so it’s OK not to know some of this – we’ll teach you a lot!

Intern (Manage Twitter & other new media)

February 13, 2010

We’re looking for an intern who can help us get a lot of stuff done. While we can’t pay you for the internship, we may be able to pay your travel expenses. And if you’re really good at what you do, you might end up like our last intern – she was so good that we ended up promoting her into a paying project management job within her first 3 months with us.

Specifically, we need someone to handle Twitter, Facebook, and other new media for our app making service, www.AppMakr.com. There’s lots more to be done, though, so if you’re not well versed in social media, that’s OK too. The most important thing is that you’re really motivated to get involved with a hot mobile company (we were picked as one of the top 100 private companies in the world to watch by OnMedia, you can see details here) and you’re really good at getting things done.

We’re located in great offices at 1410 Q st NW in downtown DC. You can learn more about the space at www.1410Q.com.

Seeking Rockstar Salespeople (Senior, Junior & Intern)

October 3, 2009

We’re a rapidly growing iPhone and Android development company. We’re still very small – 12 people (update: make that 18 people!) – and we were just 4 people just a few months ago. If you want a shot at getting into a hot DC-based technology company early, you’ll love it here.

SENIOR SALES POSITION: We’re looking for a rockstar sales rep who’s sold enterprise SAAS / software before, both inside and outside sales.  You have a deep rolodex of names you can call on, especially in the media space (both large and midsize companies).  This position is to sell our iPhone consulting services, which we’ve done for companies like The Washington Post, Gannett, Politico, Cars.com, Kaplan and other top brands.  These apps range from a minimum of $25k up to $1MM+ sized sales.  We’ll pay a base salary + a strong commission structure.

JUNIOR SALES POSITION: We’re looking for someone who has phone sales experience.  You know how to manage a web-based CRM system, make follow-up calls, etc.  You’re not afraid of picking up the phone and making 50 – 150 calls per day.  This position is to sell our low-cost apps made through our AppMakr.com service, which cost between $199 to $499 + some consulting revenue.  We’ll pay a base salary + a strong commission structure.

INTERN POSITION: We’re looking for someone who’s interested in helping us build our sales organization out. This is going to require a lot of sales “grunt work” such as compiling sales lists, and then on to making initial calls and emails, etc.  We’re specifically looking for someone who’s willing to be a sales intern. We will work a salary + commission structure out with you after you have been with us for 90 days.

Ready to get started? The first step to determine compatibility is to get a bit more information from you. Please fill out the form below and answer the questions.

We’re looking for that rare stellar project manager that can work with the biggest brands & events on the plant (like Burger King and the Obama Inauguration) and still relate to the most technical developers on the planet (ours!). If you think you have the skills & qualifications, we’d love to know about you.
