Yesterday, PointAbout and our AppMakr team introduced Socialize to the world. Socialize is essentially an “in-app social network” that will allow an application’s users to interact with one another without ever leaving the application. Another way to look at it is an in-app commenting utility.

By integrating AppMakr’s newest platform feature, an app’s users can share, comment on, and like material. This encourages social engagement within applications instead of through outside sites like Facebook and Twitter. You can, of course, still share through those old standbys.
