A good portion of the AppMakr and PointAbout teams were out in lovely Las Vegas last week for the 2011 installment of the Consumer Electronics Show. Tablets were all the rage this year, what with the unveiling of the Motorola Xoom, more peeks at the Blackberry Playbook, and a few dual-screen tablets to boot.

PointAbout and AppMakr’s CTO Isaac Mosquera took a break from the madness out on the exhibition floor to speak on a panel covering application development, the increasing fragmentation of mobile operating systems, the future of location-based services, and much more.
